Mohanlal is having a dream run at the box office with his latest release Pulimurugan crossing the Rs. 100 crore mark. The action movie directed by Vysakh broke previous records of Premam and Drishyam to become the most grossing Malayalam movie.
Mohanlal plays Murugan. who is hunts man-eating tigers. Written by Udayakrishna, the movie also stars Kamalinee Mukherjee, Lal, Jagapathi Babu and Namitha.
Mohanlal also had another movie hit the 100 crore mark. His Telugu movie Janatha Garage with NTR Jr,, Samantha and Nithya Menen created this box office record a couple of months earlier.
